Club Rental Information
Rental of the facility must be arranged through the House Director. The clubhouse is available for rental throughout the year at the discretion of the Board of Directors, provided that the rental does not conflict with an organized Club activity. Rental of the clubhouse does not include the use of the patio, pool, deckhouse, tennis courts, golf course, etc. Furthermore, these rentals may not interfere in any way with normal use by Club members of the patio, pool, deck house, tennis courts, golf course, clubhouse washroom facilities, etc. during the rental period. Tent options do exist for larger events and must be approved by the board of directors Subject to the above regulations, the clubhouse may be rented by members or by persons and organizations sponsored by a member.
